IRFAN TECH SOLUTIONS is Pakistan's premier online marketplace that connects clients with skilled developers, designers, and tech professionals. We provide a secure platform where businesses can find the right talent for their projects, and professionals can find rewarding work opportunities.

Clients post their project requirements, developers submit bids, and clients choose the best fit. Once a developer is selected, the client deposits funds into our secure escrow system. The developer works on the project, delivers the work, and upon client approval, the payment is released to the developer.

Registering an account is completely free for both clients and developers. We only charge a commission fee on completed transactions. The current commission rate is 10% of the project budget, which is deducted from the payment before releasing funds to the developer.

Click the "Sign Up" button on our homepage, fill in your details (full name, email, username, password), select your account type (Client or Developer), and submit the registration form. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

For Clients

After logging into your client dashboard, click on "Post New Order". Fill in the project details including title, description, budget, deadline, and select the relevant service category. Once submitted, your project will be visible to developers who can then place bids.

Review the bids submitted by developers. Consider their bid amount, delivery timeline, proposal quality, ratings, and past work experience. You can also communicate with developers through our messaging system before making a decision.

Absolutely! All payments are held in our secure escrow system. Your money is only released to the developer after you have reviewed and approved the completed work. This protects you from fraud and ensures you get exactly what you paid for.

You can request revisions from the developer. If the issue persists, you can raise a dispute, and our support team will mediate to reach a fair resolution. Funds remain in escrow until the dispute is resolved.

For Developers

Register as a developer, complete your profile with your skills, experience, and portfolio. Once your profile is complete, you can browse available projects and start placing bids on those that match your expertise.

Once you complete a project and deliver it to the client, they will review your work. Upon their approval, the payment held in escrow is released to your wallet. You can then withdraw your earnings via JazzCash or bank transfer.

IRFAN TECH SOLUTIONS charges a 10% commission on each successfully completed project. This fee covers platform maintenance, support, payment processing, and escrow services. The remaining 90% goes directly to you.

Complete your profile thoroughly, showcase your portfolio, get positive ratings from clients, write detailed proposals, offer competitive pricing, and respond quickly to client inquiries. A strong reputation helps you stand out.

Payments & Escrow

We accept payments via JazzCash for deposits. For withdrawals, developers can receive funds through JazzCash or bank transfer. We are continuously working to add more payment options.

Escrow is a financial arrangement where a third party holds and regulates payment of funds. In our platform, the client deposits the project amount into escrow, and the funds are only released to the developer after the client approves the completed work. This ensures both parties are protected.

Once the client approves the work, the payment is released immediately to the developer's wallet. Withdrawals to JazzCash or bank accounts are processed within 24-48 hours.

No, we believe in complete transparency. The only fee is the 10% commission on completed projects. There are no registration fees, monthly subscription fees, or hidden charges.

Disputes & Refunds

If a developer fails to deliver as promised, you can raise a dispute. Our support team will investigate the matter. If the developer is found at fault, we will refund the amount held in escrow to your wallet.

You can raise a dispute from the order details page. Click on the "Raise Dispute" button, provide the reason for the dispute, and submit. Our support team will review your case and get back to you within 24 hours.

Most disputes are resolved within 3-5 business days. Complex cases may take longer as we gather information from both parties. We strive to ensure fair and timely resolution for everyone.

Yes, clients can cancel orders that are in "Pending" or "Awaiting Payment" status. If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded to your wallet. Once a developer starts working (status changes to "In Progress"), cancellation requires mutual agreement or dispute resolution.
